BSCT produces Mechanically Frothed Foams specific to customers desired weight, density, color and layers for multiple product applications. These can be used for Noise Attenuation and Impact Mitigation applications and they can be thermoformed.
Mechanical Frothing Foam:
- High & Low Density Cellular Foams as well as Dual Density in one foam layer
- Open Cell Breathable Foams using PVC, N.B.R. and Acrylic
- Custom colors can be produced in all foam layers
